Life was great then..... | It seemed so simple, Sky's were blue then, And always beautiful. Lake's were clear then... And always warm and so inviting. My heart was strong then... Sure and true, never aching or longing...anxiously... Confidence was easy then... My stride was quick and sure, like a babbling brook I was so unafraid....... So serene... People were fun then, So many laughs. LIFE WAS EASY----TOO EASY!! I should have known.... But the clouds, the exquisite, beautiful, intoxicating fluffy-white clouds, were in the way.... Many times it was said____ Thats not possible, thats not life....... Come down to earth...to reality.....It wasn't possible....not then!!!! But, it took a while..... And when it came..... My God, My God....... So this is pain! Is it possible to hurt like this? To imagine this feeling.....this void.... Well...its impossible_____ It has to happen... BUT WHY? To all my friends and aquaintences..... My heartfelt pain,I cannot explain. Hope??? It seems in vain... Philosphy?? I've been insane!!! Forgive me please for my advice....I gave so easily, So ceartainly..... "Mind over matter" "Be positive" "Don't complain" You know the sun always.. Follows the rain... Words just words, shallow words...that now I found... Caught in my throat!!!! I'm walking now in a new pair of shoes..unfamilar... But often used_____ And I'M SPOILED AND BITTER ABOUT THE FIT, I tell you.. I WANT NO PART OF IT!!!! However, After saying this, I must admit...these shoes are moulding to my feet.....
